Notes. We consider the influence of thermal noise by precipitable water vapor (PWV) in the atmosphere using wavelength-dependent values listed in the table and the tsys-atm option in the CASA simobserve task. Additionally, we include the influence of atmospheric phase noise into our calculations. We assume a phase screen blowing with a constant velocity above the ALMA array with the PWV values and deviations. In CASA this is numerically calculated with the sm.settrop task in screen mode.
