Quality of the reconstruction of the simulated Euclid lenses as a function of the average size of the galaxies in pixels, as measured with SExtractor . The pixel size of the images matches that of Euclid, i.e. 0.1′′. Since big galaxies are rare, they are less well represented in the PCA basis, hence less well modeled.
