Geometrical configuration of a rotating oblate dust grain with angular momentum J no longer in alignment with the magnetic field B. The precession of J around B is defined by the precession angle ω and the cone angle β. The direction of propagation k is parallel to the z-axis. The inclination angle θ is not constant but varies with ω, the angle Ω between k, and magnetic field, and β.
