M_HP is the absolute magnitude in the Hipparcos band, and is calculated using the posterior parallax. The blue crosses are the results of the fitting, with the spline function giving the magnitude dependence as the thick line. The dashed line is the theoretical isochrone from the PARSEC library, with an age of 630 Myr and Z = 0.024.
