Notes. The variable stellar and wind parameters at each iteration step until convergence. The different results in the middle and lower table for the same latitude (i.e. equator) were obtained by different values for the number of photon packets (Nph = 2.0 × 107 in the middle and Nph = 3.5 × 107 in the lower table, respectively). For the fixed stellar parameters L (θ), Teff (θ), R (θ), M, and Γ (θ) at the pole and the equator, respectively, see upper part of Table 3 (the last two columns) in Sect. 4; see also analogous description of parameters in Table A.1.
