I6.2/I11.3 ratio compared to MIR spectral index (F30/F13.5). Ionized PAHs are traced by a high I6.2/I11.3 ratio. The wider range in the I6.2/I11.3 ratio in flaring/transitional disks (⟨ I6.2/I11.3 ⟩  = 2.61 ± 1.63) suggests that the PAH emission originates in a wider range of physical environments while the origin of PAH emission in flat disks (⟨ I6.2/I11.3 ⟩  = 2.08 ± 0.56) seems to be more homogeneous. The parameters of all the objects are listed in Table 1.

Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.

Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.
