The value for the present dataset is labeled, while all the other data points, including a lower limit indicated by an arrow, are taken from F05. The observation numbers for each data point are labeled on the upper axis (see Table 1). Note that the data point labeled with an “X” has not been used in the present analysis (see Sect. 3.1).
