Gyro-radii of electrons and ions ρe and ρp as a function of magnetic field strength compared to the typical macroscopic scale L ≈ 103 pc and the mean-free path mfp. Within our fiducial case for the density and the temperature the electron fluid becomes magnetized at a magnetic field strength of roughly 10-12 G, the ion fluid at 10-10 G.
