Distribution of the power of the highest periodogram peak shown as a function of frequency for 2287 h Per photometric candidate members analyzed for periodicity. Spurious periods occurring at frequencies around 0.5 and 1.0 d-1 (shown as blue crosses) were discarded. The FAP levels computed from a control sample of nonperiodic field stars are indicated. The 586 h Per candidate members that were eventually considered as periodic are encircled (red).
