The clumps above the horizontal line are those classified as star-forming, while the clump below it are those classified as quiescent (see Sect. 5). (1) Source excluded from the analysis due to non-detection in NH3(2, 2) (signal-to-noise < 3). (2) Source with a single observation: spectra extracted from non-cleaned maps.
