Radial velocity versus epoch for the VLSR ~ 45 km s-1 component with the data from Table 1. The dashed line provides an approximate drift, based on the average velocity obtained in November 1995 and in April 2012. For the latter epoch, the high velocity feature (VLSR = 49.9 km s-1) in the (7, 7) line (Fig. 2) was considered as an outlier and was not part of the average.
