Note that all 2.1% and 15.9% values shown are negative so that we display their absolute value here. Velocities are normalized to an intensity of 1   W   cm-2. The theoretical expectations for the photophoretic velocity for the values of λ/J1 = 1.0, 0.1 and 0.01 are indicated by the solid gray lines, the solid blue line indicates the upper boundary of the motion which could be attributed to Brownian motion.
