Notes. Line flux is given in  W m-2.

(a)

Point-like source calibration. Errors are  ~25% for [O i]145 and  ~10% for the other lines. The effective aperture radius is  ≈35″ for [O i]145 and [C ii],  ≈39″ for [N ii]122,  ≈40″ for [O iii]88,  ≈42″ for [O iii]52 and [N iii],  ≈43.5″ for [O i]63.

(b)

Extended source calibration.

(c)

Integrated PACS flux within the corresponding ISO aperture.
