First-order Raman spectra of the soot samples (in gray). The baseline was subtracted and the spectra were normalized to the peak amplitude of the G band. The fit were performed using a sum of 4 Lorentzians (or 5) plus 1 Gaussian (in black). The individual band assigments are indicated for sample 3, but are the same for all samples. The band D1′ was added for a better fit of sample 1 spectrum.
