Total count map in the energy range 100 MeV–100 GeV, binned over a 0.125° × 0.125° grid in Galactic coordinates in Cartesian projection. Data were selected according to the criteria described in the text (Sect. 2.1.1) and in the off-pulse phase intervals of the three bright pulsars (Sect. 2.1.2), whose positions are marked by diamonds. Counts are saturated between 0 and 50, and smoothed for display with a Gaussian kernel of σ = 0.25°.
