Notes. For the targets that were not significantly resolved, we report the 3σ upper limit. The corresponding sizes in AU were obtained with the distances of Table 1. In the last but one column we give a description of the spatial emission profile as observed at lower intensities in the PAH2 filter. The last column indicates whether a plateau emission is present, based on the background pattern in the PAH images.
