(11–13), with coefficients from rows 11, and 16 in Table A.1, wind masses according to Gräfener & Hamann (2008) for Z = 2Z⊙ (Mw2), and Z = 1Z⊙ (Mw1). The corresponding Eddington factors Γe are given in the last four columns.
