Distribution of the k parameter in the core position as a function of frequency fit: rc(ν) ∝ ν − 1/k. The mean value is k = 0.99 ± 0.14, while the median is 0.82. One discrepant measurement on the histogram corresponds to the source 0952 + 179 where the value of k is not well constrained: k = 3.4 ± 2.7.
