Notes. The columns give the initial Mach number, $\mathsf{M}$, the shear-layer width, a, the initial magnetic field strength, b0x, the corresponding Alfvén number, $\mathsf{A}$, and the amplification factors $f^{\rm e}$ (for the magnetic energy) and fb (for the field strength), respectively. The models were simulated on grids of $m = 256, \ldots, 4096$ zones per dimension.
