Notes. The table entries are the same data as Table A.1 with the following exceptions: the column $\vec b_0$ is skipped, and we do not list a theoretical value of the growth rate. Instead, we give our choice of boundary conditions in the transverse direction in column ``BC''. In the last column, we indicate models for which the instability grows oscillatory by a confirmation mark, $\surd$. Note that model grw-3 of Table A.1 corresponds to model HD2r-0 with open boundaries.
