These limitations apply only for orders q=1, and only if nulling is not preceded by a suitable II removal technique, as we advocate. The parameters are the same as in Fig. 3. Note that in a narrow range around $\ell \sim 100$ the II signal can be close to or slightly above the limit imposed by s.
