Observed (top) and intrinsic (bottom) 2MASS colour-colour diagrams for the emission-line stars identified in this work. Filled symbols mark sources with 2MASS photometric quality ‘AAA’ in all bands. Intrinsic colours are derived using Eqs. (3) and (4).
