Isothermal temperature-pressure profile retrieved in the free chemistry retrieval. Its 1σ uncertainty intervals are indicated in blue shaded regions. The profile is compared to the profiles and their 1σ uncertainties retrieved by Kempton et al. (2023) from JWST MIRI data of day- and night-side emission. The latter were extracted from their Fig. 6 using plotdigitizer (https://plotdigitizer.com) and extrapolated for pressures below 10⁻⁶ bar.
