Notes. For each star in Col. 1, the instrument, date of observation, S/N at the Li I@6707.9 Å and Hα@6562.8 transitions, and the spectral dispersion of the spectra we used are listed. Details of the spectra for the sources taken from King (1993) (see Table 1) are provided in that work. The full table is available electronically at the CDS.
