Detection framework architecture. Based on a Faster R-CNN backbone, the model integrates two key components: (1) PSF-guided morphological convolution for improved feature extraction, and (2) multi-scale FPN for enhanced spatial feature representation. Together, these form an integrated end-to-end pipeline for astronomical object detection.
