Dust model fits to the absolute reddening curves, E(λ - V), of 24 sightlines. Data (circles) cover 0.09-2.2 μm and are complemented at infinite wavelengths by -AV (Table A.1). The best fit, with contributions from nanoparticles (green), amorphous silicates and carbon grains (brown), and micrometre-sized dust agglomerates (dark), is shown, with the model parameters listed in Table 2. Notably, the micrometre-sized grains dominate in the IR and provide a wavelength-independent contribution in the optical and far-UV.
