Percent residual fringe contrast on the extracted spectra of 10 Lac, μ Col, δ Umi, Jena, IQ Tau, and CX Tau, identified per individual band. Four different reduction methods are shown: using only the current pipeline fringe flat, using the BFE correction and fringe flats derived here, using the BFE correction with interpolated fringe flats, and using the BFE correction with a weighted mean of the fringe flats.
