Venn diagram of the five simulated blazar samples. All contain the 4000 random blazars of sim-null. Sim-best and sim-mid do not overlap, whereas sim-0.2𝒮 is contained entirely in sim-𝒮. In sim-best and sim-mid, there are 4 and 13 neutrinos, respectively, which remain the same across all simulations. In sim-𝒮 and sim-0.2𝒮, neutrino* indicates their 𝒮-based statistical nature.
