Comparison of the posteriors of the intrinsic scatter of the CR − M scaling relation obtained for the ΛCDM analysis of G24 (in blue), the low-redshift sample (in red), the weak-lensing mass calibration information only from DES (Grandis et al. 2024a) (in teal), and the high redshift sample z > 0.45 combined with the sound horizon priors (in purple). All four results are in good statistical agreement, although the higher value in the high-redshift sample hints at a potential selection effect or contaminants modeling.
