Values of the four integrals j₁, j₂, j₄, j₅ , both the real and imaginary part, as defined in Eq. (B.1) and Fig. B.2. The parameters used in the calculation are also presented in the figure. Each of the integrals is computed two times, for two values of $k_r^{\min .}=k_z^{\min .}=k_1,k_2$. The values k₁ , k₂ are presented in the figure, in this work we use the smaller value of 10⁻⁵, as to reduce the influence of j₁.
