For each flare, the period with the strongest maximum in the Lomb-Scargle periodograms among all channels was assumed. The relationship is expressed as duration = 0.18*period + 22.53. The Pearson and Spearman correlation coefficients, calculated without two flares with the longest durations, are 0.76 and 0.73, respectively.
