Estimated GOES classes for solar flares in the STIX catalogue. Panel (a) shows the distribution of estimated GOES classes for all flares observed between April 14, 2020, and March 31, 2022, including events without automatic class estimation (labeled as NAN). Panel (b) focuses on the subset of 129 selected flares, highlighting their distribution across the estimated classes.
