Notes. The errors correspond to the 16^th and 84^th percentile values obtained using a MCMC algorithm. For PSO J1011−01 only, we also include the estimates based on the CIV line, both the un-corrected and the corrected (for the typical blue-shift) values. In both cases the uncertainties take the scatter of the scaling relation adopted into account.
