Age distribution of embedded clusters in the seven MSFRs displayed in Appendix A. The ages are taken from Table 1 of Kuhn et al. (2015a). The “a” represents NGC 6334 and M 17, and “b” represents the Lagoon nebula, NGC 6357, the Eagle nebula, the Carina nebula, and the Trifid nebula.
