Mapping between variances of total and in-halo nonlinear power spectra. For the mass scales probed by the simulation, M ∈ [2.3 · 10¹², 10¹⁴]M_⊙/h, it consists in the scatter plots ${(\log σ_{N L, I H}^{- 1} (M), \log σ_{N L}^{- 1} (M))}$ $\[\left\{\left(\log ~\sigma_{N L, I H}^{-1}(M), \log ~\sigma_{N L}^{-1}(M)\right)\right\}\]$ for each cosmology. Those superpose, meaning that σ_NL is a single-valued universal function of σ_NL,IH. This function is manifestly a power law.
