Notes. T_i refers to temperature points within multi-point profiles; in the case of an isothermal profile, T_i = T_iso, and in the case of an n-point profile, T₀ = T_BOA and T_n = T_TOA. The VMRs for atmospheric trace gases (H₂O, CO, CO₂, H₂S, CH₄) are constant throughout the atmosphere.
