Stars of un-phase-mixed groups in radial and vertical velocity space (in Galactic cylindrical coordinates). If the groups were phase-mixed, there would be a roughly equal number of stars from each group in every quadrant. Whilst not every group is in a single quadrant, none are consistent with being evenly distributed.
