Disc stars (defined kinematically by v_toomre < 210 km s⁻¹) binned in galactic X and Y. The top panels show the mean CDF of our v_los predictions (expected to be unbiased at 0.5), the mean v_los in the XY bin due to solar motion and the expected structure of the Disc, and the average uncertainty in our v_los prediction. The bottom panels show evidence of disequilibrium in the tangential, radial, and vertical velocity components of the stars, defined by the statistical significance of the deviation in the number of stars above or below the equilibrium values.
