Notes. Parameters and their priors from which we sample our input for the photometric simulations using the PROSPECTOR-α-model: log(U) is the ionization parameter, is the AGN fraction of the bolometric luminosity, τAGN is the optical depth of the AGN dust torus, n is the slope modifier of the Calzetti attenuation curve (Calzetti 2001), Umin is the minimum dust emission radiation field, γ is its illuminated fraction, qPAH is the fraction of PAHs,
is the diffuse dust optical depth, and
is the birth cloud optical depth in the two-component model from Charlot & Fall (2000). In this table, 𝒰 specifies a uniform prior that is bound by min and max values, 𝒩 designates a Gaussian prior characterized by a mean μ and a standard deviation, σ; finally, c𝒩 is a clipped Gaussian prior that can be used to truncate a specific parameter to exclude, for example, sampling from negative values.
Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.
Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.
