Notes.
Foreman-Mackey et al. (2013) suggests that nwalkers ≥ 3 ndim or, even better, nwalkers ≫ ndim. The use of nwalkers = 40 > ndim is sufficient to compensate speed for performance issue. Using more nwalkers was seen to decrease the running time significantly.
