Comparison of the B-band luminosity function of miniJPAS galaxies (coloured lines from top to bottom: star-forming, quiescent, and full galaxy sample) with those fitted or inferred (Schechter-like functions) from previous works at different redshift. The shaded area illustrates uncertainties in our results. The dashed lines show the B-band luminosity functions for magnitudes fainter than the completeness lower limit of the sample employed for their determination (i.e. M B > M B C=0.25 (z) $ M_B > M_B^{\mathcal{C}=0.25}(z) $). B-band luminosity functions from COMBO-17/DEEP2 (squares and diamonds, respectively; Faber et al. 2007), COSMOS (triangle right, Drory et al. 2009), AGES (pentagons, Cool et al. 2012), VIPERS (triangle up, Fritz et al. 2014), Boötes field (triangle left, Beare et al. 2015), and ALHAMBRA (circles, López-Sanjuan et al. 2017) surveys are included for comparison.

Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.

Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.
