SFR vs. stellar mass for the 625 ALLSMOG + xCOLDGASS galaxies that have a reliable SFR in the MPA-JHU catalog. The color scale corresponds to the gas phase metallicity, which was calculated from the O3N2 line index (Curti et al. 2017) for galaxies classified as SF or composite in the BPT diagram and according to the mass-metallicity relation (Curti et al. 2020) for those classified AGN and low-S/N. The blue dash-dotted line shows the empirical relation for the star forming main sequence found by Renzini & Peng (2015) including a 0.4 dex scatter (blue shaded). The green dashed line shows the star forming main sequence following Saintonge & Catinella (2022).
