Relations between cluster expansion rate and cluster properties such as the age, Galactocentric distance (R_GC), and number of stars in the cluster (N_stars). The first panel shows the expansion rate (in green) of the 40% Lagrangian radius in an 8340 M_⊙ cluster N-body model that undergoes gas expulsion and mass loss through evolving stars and reproduces the Orion Nebula Cluster at 1 Myr and the Pleiades cluster at 100 Myr.
