Relations between cluster expansion rate and cluster properties such as the age, Galactocentric distance (RGC), and number of stars in the cluster (Nstars). The first panel shows the expansion rate (in green) of the 40% Lagrangian radius in an 8340 M⊙ cluster N-body model that undergoes gas expulsion and mass loss through evolving stars and reproduces the Orion Nebula Cluster at 1 Myr and the Pleiades cluster at 100 Myr.
