2D profiles of density and field lines at the final time for different models. The dense and strongly magnetized inner torus is visible in cases β50-m0.1-a0.94 and β10-m0.1-a0.7 separated from the turbulent thin disk. The β50-m0.1-a0.7 has multiple plasmoid structures in the inner part. The model β1-m0.5-a0.7 enters the MAD state at an early time in the evolution, with the magnetic field preserved in a vertical configuration for most parts of the disk.
