Fraction of SCC (dark blue), WCC (purple), and NCC (orange) clusters as a function of M_500c in the TNG-Cluster simulation at z = 0. We computed these fractions in six mass bins (bin size ∼0.2 dex). The uncertainties were computed by bootstrap re-sampling (10 000 times). We considered the same six fiducial CC criteria: t_cool, 0 (main panel), K₀ (upper right), n_e, 0 (center right), α (lower left), C_phys (lower center), and C_scaled (lower right). The respective CC criterion is indicated in the lower-left corner of each panel. In the main panel, the gray numbers state the number of clusters in each bin. The cluster fractions vary considerably according to the CC criterion, show varying trends with cluster mass and varying normalizations in cluster fraction.
