Color-magnitude diagram for nearby M dwarfs.The TOI-4336 system is marked with a star symbol and color-coded to distinguish the three stars. TOI-4336 C appear redder than A and B, which is consistent with a later spectral type (M4±0.5 compared to M3.5±0.5. We used the extended target list of the SPECULOOS survey which gathers over 14 000 M-dwarf stars within 40 parsecs to generate the diagram (Sebastian et al. 2021).
