Normalised and Euclidised spectra of W0342 from both GTC/EMIR and the VLT/X-shooter. Strong telluric bands are masked. Features indicating the youth of the object are denoted. Both original spectra were classified as L0.0γ (upper panel). The spectral similarity underscores that GTC/EMIR and the VLT/X-shooter are coherent in characterising UCDs for Euclid. The two Euclidised spectra were all classified as L0.0γ (middle panel). The difference between the two Euclidised spectra is visualised in the lower panel.
