Time of inferior conjunction, T0, retrieved by Juliet for the tidally locked hot Jupiter WASP-39b (top) and the ultra-hot Jupiter WASP-121b (bottom, including legend) for wavelengths from 1 to 5 μm, at a resolution similar to NIRSpec. In the case of WASP-121b, three cases are displayed (indicated by the colors): 1) the light curve of the 3D simulation of WASP-121b without rotation (i.e., translation) in orange, 2) the same including rotation in blue, and 3) a 2D day–night temperature gradient (symmetric transit) in green.
