Notes. The abundances are given in terms of [X/Fe]. The carbon isotopic ratio is listed in the last column. The uncertainties in the optical and IR abundances of CNO elements are as follows: 0.16 and 0.15 dex for carbon, 0.18 and 0.16 dex for nitrogen, and 0.09 and 0.17 dex for oxygen.
