LoTSS survey image (red) overlaid on a Panoramic Survey Telescope & Rapid Response System (Pan-STARRS; Flewelling et al. 2020) survey color composite (g, r, and i bands) image. The green cross marks the center position of the galaxy cluster Abell 1318 according to Abell et al. (1989). The magenta triangle marks the position of an X-ray source from the 2RXS catalog (Boller et al. 2016) and the orange plus sign marks the position of the X-ray point source highlighted in Fig. 3. The dashed white circle marks the R200 radius of A1318 given in Wen et al. (2012) based on the cluster members found using SDSS DR12 data. The solid green circle marks the aperture in which we have searched for LoTSS catalog entries around the target; the identified sources are marked by white squares and listed in Table A.1. Yellow circles mark the cosmological neighbors of the A1318 BGG (SDSS J113603.51+550430.9) identified by the statistical analysis outlined in Sect. 3.4. The BGG is marked with a solid white circle, while the scalebar in the upper right corner indicates the linear scale for its redshift.

Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.

Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.

Initial download of the metrics may take a while.
